Steve shares the title of Joint Managing Director with brother, Daren. He grew up in Birmingham and joined the company in 1982, working alongside his Father – founder, Sid Jones.

Steve specialise in working with architects and clients on site, liaising with different parties to ensure projects run smoothly with high quality results. Prior to this, he was contracts director and over the years has gained significant hands-on experience and helped develop our weatherproofing products and services to the standard they are today.

Having worked on many prestigious projects, Steve notes that one of his most enjoyable was collaborating with contractor Mace, working on the new global research and development centre – Astra Zeneca, Cambridge. “Attention to detail is critical for the pharmaceutical industry and with our teams expertise and collaborative approach we ensured we delivered the best possible service to this important facility”.

Outside of work, he likes to spend time outdoors on long walks.
