We’ve worked hard to bring together a team of knowledgeable and resourceful people who can support our customers throughout every stage of a project – from site surveys and design to installation and maintenance.
Because continual development is critical for ongoing success, training is a priority for everyone on our team. This helps us to keep up to date on everything from health and safety practices through to the ever-evolving aspects of the industry such as regulations and standards, as well as new materials and techniques.

Daren Jones
Joint Managing Director
Daren joined the family business straight out of school at 16 years old. In his previous role as sales director, his eye for detail and pragmatic approach to challenges demonstrated his ability to provide effective leadership.

Steve Jones
Joint Managing Director
Previously contracts director, Steve will continue to working in a very customer-focused position, spending much of his time supporting our clients to continue the development of strong relationships that are at the heart of what we do.

Matthew Jones
Commercial Director
Matt joined the family business in December 2016, after spending four years in service delivery management with Capgemini. His passion for the business is clear and he will make strategic decisions looking to expand the business to new areas, while ensuring service and quality for all clients.

Neil Boylan
Contracts Director
Neil joined the business in 1996 as a site operative. He will play a key part in the new management team, overseeing our commercial contracts and further building relationships with clients across the UK.

Jamie Sporcic
Senior Sales Manager
Jamie Sporcic joined the team in September 2020 as our Sales & Business Development Manager. Jamie is keen to support the development of the business by delivering CPDs to support technical specification challenges whilst maintaining existing relationships.

Courtney Foxwell
Contracts Manager
Courtney joined the team in 2023 after having worked in a similar role for a construction company. She manages projects from beginning to end, scheduling work, ensuring on-site teams are where they need to be and liaising with clients. Her favourite part of her role is that every day is different.

Emma Williams
Health & Safety Advisor
Emma supports the health and safety of our team on project sites, with extensive experience in administration, she is highly organised and methodical. Her responsibilities include carrying out inductions, ensuring training is up-to-date and completing risk assessments.

Alec Beards
Technical Sales Engineer
Alec joined the business in 2024 as a Design Technician and has progressed to a Technical Sales Engineer. Combining technical knowledge with customer-facing skills, he strengthens external partnerships and supports architects through on-site surveys, helping deliver tailored solutions that meet specific project requirements.

Kelly Cunningham
Office Manager
Kelly has been a vital part of the business since 2008. As both the HR lead and Office Manager, she plays a key role in day-to-day operations. Her organisational skills and proactive approach are instrumental to the effective running of the company.

Steven Phillips
Company Accountant
Steve has been part of the business for over 20 years and is responsible for overseeing the company's accounts. His attention to detail and financial oversight ensures the smooth running of our accounting processes, and helps support the businesses stability and growth.

Emma Bradshaw
Accounts and Admin Assistant
Emma is responsible for the administration and accounts side of the business. She has proven herself to be a valued member of the team who works well with management and provides a motivating influence on the entire company with her positive and outgoing attitude.

Megan Thomas
Marketing & Administration Assistant
Megan joined the company in 2024, bringing with her a strong background in the construction industry. Eager to expand on her experience, she has taken on the role as Marketing & Administration Assistant where she’s quickly developed new skills. Her fresh perspective brings new ideas to the company's marketing efforts.

Rob has been a valued member of the business for several years. As a Working Site Manager he plays a crucial role in developing and guiding our teams on site. With his extensive experience leading on prestigious projects, Rob brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge that continues to strengthen the company.

Andy Brown
Senior Site Supervisor
Andy joined us in 1995 as a labourer. In his current role, he oversees an on-site team, ensuring they have everything needed to complete a project safely and to a high standard; he also works closely with clients. He enjoys the variety that his role offers, including 11 years working in Ireland.

Nick Ball
Senior Site Supervisor
After having worked as a machine operator and fabricator welder, Nick joined us in 2016. These days, he looks after an on-site team, ensuring projects are carried out correctly and safely, and also communicating with clients. He says he enjoys the variety of projects he’s worked on in the UK and abroad.
