HR and Recruitment lead, Kelly, offers business and people support. She has worked at Jones Weatherproofing for 17 years and holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification.

Her career progression has been steady and rewarding. Beginning in customer service, which led into a receptionist role, followed by a move into accounts, then Office Manager and eventually into her current position as HR and Recruitment lead. “Each step has helped me build a strong understanding of how businesses operate and how to best support people” Kelly explains.

One thing Kelly is truly passionate about in her role is enhancing employee support. Her main aim is to ensure the team feels valued, encouraged and comfortable in the environment they’re in.

She shares- “I love 80’s films and often think life would be better with its own soundtrack – preferably straight out of an 80’s movie montage!”.
