As Contracts Director at Jones Weatherproofing, Neil specialises in site operations, overseeing commercial contracts and working to build relationships with existing clients across the UK.

He joined the business back in 1996 as a trainee site fitter and worked his way up through the company, taking on various roles and responsibilities. He shares – “I’ve learned everything there is to know about weathering systems and building penetrations through hands-on experience and hard work. My proudest achievement at Jones Weatherproofing is climbing my way up the career ladder”.

Neil mentions one of his most memorable projects, explaining how he’s been lucky enough to work on a number of prestigious projects- “Doha International Airport is a project that stands out to me. It came with a number of challenges that we expertly overcome. In Qatar we were working in conditions in excess of 40 degrees, which made it very challenging for both the team and products. We were required to carry out the project mostly at night. It was far cooler at that time, but came with additional challenges with humidity”.

When not working, Neil enjoys family time, watching the F1 and spending time in the garden.
