As Health & Safety Advisor at Jones Weatherproofing, Emma supports the health and safety of the team on project sites. She has worked for the business for 3 years, since joining the company her progression is what she’s most proud of- “I began as an office administrator and soon progressed into the role I’m in now”.

“My day to day responsibilities include producing RAMS, implementing and reviewing company policies, arranging online and site inductions and ensuring training is up to date. My aim is to make sure that our teams feel supported and provide guidance so our employees are in safe working environments”.

During the weekend you’ll find Emma supporting her sons football team, which she’s the assistant manager of. When not on the side of the pitch, Emma loves going out for food and drinks and when she wants to unwind her go-to comfort film is Harry Potter.

One of her favourite holiday destinations is Vegas, not just for the atmosphere, sights and things to do there, but she shares that it’s also where she got married! So it holds a lot of memorable moments!
